Winter Storm Uri & Viola Update

Have you been affected by the recent Winter Storms? The Pool is here to help. Email all claims to claims@tmlirp.org or call (800) 537-6655 to report property damage. You can also file a claim using the “submit a claim” button at the top of the page.

When submitting a claim via a claims form or the portal, please submit one claim form for all locations damaged. Additional locations can be added to the original submission as they are discovered.

TMLIRP’s Critical Response Program is designed to support our Members after Property Losses. In the wake of the historic extreme cold and ice events this week, TMLIRP knows that many of you will need support for damages due to pipe bursts, downed trees, ice loads, and other losses. Due to the vast nature of these events, there will be a lot of demand for these services, and it may be difficult to mitigate damages and stabilize your buildings. TMLIRP’s Critical Response Team can help you get the services you need quickly.
