Are You Registered for the Portal? 

Based on input from our Members, the Pool recently made some exciting changes to the portal. Enhancements to the Member Portal make it easier to access coverage-related documents.

Fund contacts will now receive an email when new coverage-related documents are available.

Once an email is received, a user simply clicks on the link to log into the Member Portal.

Documents can then be viewed and downloaded from the new My Documents page.

In addition, recent enhancements also make it easier to file a claim on the Member Portal.

The TML Risk Pool is excited to announce the launch of our new and improved Loss Prevention Training Calendar!

Designed with member feedback in mind, the enhanced calendar makes finding the right training easier than ever. You can now search and filter courses by:

• Date

• Program name

• Training category

• Department

• Location (using your ZIP code)

• TCOLE credit

Whether you’re looking for safety education, leadership development, law enforcement programs or human resources topics, the new calendar helps you quickly identify relevant courses and register for upcoming sessions.

The Risk Pool is pleased to provide this enhanced resource to help Members more easily access valuable training opportunities.

Safety @ Your Finger T.I.P.S. sends periodic text messages with links to the Pool’s Together Improving Processes and Safety (T.I.P.S.) sheets and other safety resources. Member employees can use the information on the job or share it during safety and tailgate meetings.

When signing up, you can also choose to receive updates about weather and emergency management, training programs, and the Pool’s R.O.A.D. Ready initiative.
